Ingredients

8 Fox’s Premium Viennese

4 shots espresso

4 25ml measures Amaretto

4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Method

  1. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream into 4 glass coffee cups. If you don’t have any fancy cups, don't panic; teacups or little bowls work perfectly, too.

  2. Pour a shot of Amaretto over each scoop of ice cream. 

  3. When you’re ready to serve, carefully pour a fresh shot of espresso over the top of each to finish. Or, if you’re after a bit of audience participation, serve the amaretto and ice cream with the shot of espresso on the side.

  4. Serve each cup with two Fox’s Premium Viennese biscuits for a super impressive (but secretly very easy) dinner party dessert.
