12 Fox’s Butter Crinkle Crunch

3 extra-large marshmallows, cut in half (roughly 75g altogether)

100g milk chocolate

 

Method

  1. Break the chocolate into chunks and melt in a glass bowl over simmering water.

  2. Now for the marshmallows. To get our s’mores perfect you need a chunk of marshmallow roughly the size of a Crinkle Crunch. We’ve suggested half a jumbo marshmallow, which you can pick up in most supermarkets, but a few regular marshmallows should do fine.

  3. Use skewers to toast the marshmallows until gooey. Don’t have a campfire handy? It works just as well over a BBQ (perfect for summer!) or even a gas stove top.

  4. Place each squishy marshmallow on a Crinkle Crunch biscuit, drizzle with the melted chocolate, and top with another biscuit. Serve alongside a bowl of fresh, sweet strawberries for an easy peasy dessert.
